What this template is for
A tenant has a broken washing machine and wants to report it with a photo at 21:00 without waiting on hold. This intake flow asks the right things first: the tenant chooses what they need, answers a handful of questions and attaches a file, and you arrive at the first conversation already prepared.
You get the apartment, the problem, a photo and when the tenant is home. Because it is a chat, you can ask the one follow-up you always need without a new form or a phone call, and the tenant gets an email copy.

Does it replace my CRM?
