What this template is for
A company wants the truck at their summer party and needs a price for 80 people; a regular wants to pre-order lunch before the queue forms. A quote request that arrives as one line in an email means three messages back before you can price it. This template asks the follow-ups first: the job, a photo or file, where it is, when it is needed and a budget range.
You get the event date, headcount, location and budget in one chat. Reply with a price, a question or a booking slot in the same thread, from the web or the Answe app; the customer gets an email copy of the conversation.
It works as a link (Instagram bio, Google profile, WhatsApp) and as an embed on your website. Because every request has the same shape, you can compare and price them in minutes instead of in phone calls.

How to use it

Questions
Can customers attach photos?
Yes. The file field accepts photos and documents from a phone or a desktop, and they arrive with the rest of the answers in the chat.
Does Answe calculate the price?
This template gathers the details so you can. For fixed-price items you can add a price list and take payment in the chat; for custom work you reply with the quote.
Where do quote requests go?
Into your Answe inbox and the iOS app, with a notification. On paid plans you can forward each request to your CRM or email with the integrations.
Do I need a website?
No. The share link works on its own — in a bio, a message or a QR code on the van. The embed is optional.
