What this template is for

When a daycare is full, most websites just stop. This flow keeps the parent instead: they leave a name, a number and when they could come, and you get a list ordered by time.

A cancellation stops being lost revenue. Open the list in your inbox, pick the first person who fits the slot and message them from the thread — they answer in the same chat.

Yes — the inbox lists entries by time, and each one shows the availability the parent chose.

Can I turn it into a booking?

Yes. Reply with a time, or send them your booking link from the same thread.

Does it work without a website?

Yes. The share link works on its own in a bio, a message or a QR code.
